Shipping & Receiving Clerk

$22-30/hr
40 hours a week with some flexibility
8-9 hours - M-T
5-8 hours Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming shipments of raw materials (wire, steel coils, tooling, etc.), verify counts, inspect for damage, and match against packing slips/purchase orders
- Unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment
- Prepare outgoing shipments of finished springs, stampings, and assemblies — including accurate labeling, packaging, and palletizing to protect precision parts
- Generate shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing lists
- Enter receipts and shipments into our inventory/ERP (Infor) system with high accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas for materials and finished goods
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely (certification provided if needed)
- Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to resolve any discrepancies

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, barcoding, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Forklift experience/certification a plus (we will train the right candidate)
- Reliable transportation and good work attendance record
